Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises SBS on mandatory delisting offer for Sinner AG
With a team led by Jens-Hendrik Janzen, Partner at the firm’s Stuttgart office, and Dr. Mirko Sickinger, Partner at the Cologne office, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is advising SBS Familien-Verwaltungs AG on performing a mandatory delisting offer: The shareholders of Sinner Aktiengesellschaft have the option of offering to SBS all of their no-par bearer shares in Sinner Aktiengesellschaft. SBS currently holds 75.14 percent of the shares in Sinner Aktiengesellschaft.
The mandatory offer is to be made as a cash offer and at the same time as a delisting offer. This will make it possible to revoke the admission of all Sinner shares to trading on Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market.
