Karl Miller GmbH & Co KG, Kirchberg, has been operating in the field of metal processing and laser forming. As part of the transaction, the company transferred its entire business operations to an SPV of Luxemburg-based PE fund Lenbach Equity Opportunities I SCSp in several separate transactions.
The transaction also included the conclusion of agreements for internal financing of the acquiring SPV, the structuring and support of personnel measures, advice on managing various real estate agreements, and advice to the buyer on the new financing structure.
