Clark is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the Orange County office of Haynes and Boone. His experience encompasses a wide range of complex business and intellectual property litigation, including patent litigation, trade secret claims, licensing matters, fiduciary duty actions, and contract disputes. He has represented clients in various industries, including software, semiconductors, biotech, apparel, and real estate.
