Jacob W. Cassady Joins Dinsmore’s Lexington Office

Dinsmore & Shohl LLP welcomes Jacob W. Cassady to the firm’s Lexington office, where he will practice with the real estate development, leasing and ownership practice group.
Cassady’s experience includes handling acquisitions, dispositions and financing various real estate projects, focusing on commercial property.
Prior to joining Dinsmore, Cassady was at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He assisted in the preparation of contracts and closing documents, performed title and survey reviews for a variety of transactions, represented landlords and tenants in the preparation and execution of commercial leases and assisted in corporate restructuring.
Cassady earned his Real Property Development LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law, his J.D. from University of Kentucky College of Law and his B.A. in history, minor in business administration from Transylvania University.
