Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises Döhler Ventures in Seed C Funding Round of Waterdrop

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek legally advised Döhler Ventures on the seed C funding round of Waterdrop Microdrink GmbH. As part of the funding round, several investors made total payments that are well into the seven-digit range.
Döhler Ventures is an investor in nutrition & technology start-ups with numerous holdings in Europe and the USA.
Waterdrop Microdrink GmbH is a Vienna-based start-up whose ‘waterdrop Microdrink’ brand has been the subject of extensive media coverage. Its key product is a sugar-free microcube that enriches water with plant and fruit extracts.
Most recently, the founders participated in the German TV show “Höhle der Löwen” [“Lions’ Den,” a format similar to “Shark Tank”] and obtained substantial contributions from an investor to the present seed C funding round.
During the funding round, the founders were advised by Dr. Christoph Wildmoser, Herbst Kinsky (Vienna).
