Beccar Varela Advises FCA Compañía Financiera in Class XVI Notes Issuance.
Buenos Aires, 13 November 2018. Beccar Varela advised FCA Compañía Financiera S.A. on its Class XVI notes issuance, carried out under the company’s Global Program for the issuance of short, medium and long-term notes, for a maximum amount of up to US$200 million. Class XVI notes were issued on November 5 in two series, one of which is denominated in UVAs (Unidad de Valor Adquisitivo, adjustable by application of the Inflation Adjustment Index CER). Series I notes were issued for a nominal value of UVAs 7,354,454, equivalent to AR$205,409,900, while Series II notes for a nominal value of AR$488,000,000.
The maturity date of Series I notes will take place on November 5, 2020, accruing interest at an annual nominal fixed rate of 9.5%. The maturity of Series II notes will operate on August 5, 2019, accruing interest at an annual nominal fixed rate of 59%.
On October 26, FIX SCR S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo rated Series I notes “AA (arg)” and Series II notes “A1 + (arg)”.
The notes have been listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In this issuance, FCA Compañía Financiera S.A. acted as issuer, while Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and BBVA Banco Francés S.A. as organizers and placement agents.
