Karanovic & Partners Wins the 2018 Stanton Chase Most Innovative Talent Programme Award
We are honoured and delighted to announce that Karanovic & Partners won the Stanton Chase Talent Management Award in the Most Innovative Locally Developed Talent Programme category. These prestigious accolades are organized by Stanton Chase, the leading international retained executive search and consulting firm and are now in their fifth year.
The idea behind the Awards is to raise awareness concerning the significance of talent management processes in companies. With numerous domestic and international companies in competition, coming from a variety of sectors, the quality of the talent development programmes was assessed for all seniority levels, taking into account cooperation with universities as well.

In 2014 Stanton Chase Belgrade established and awarded the prestigious Talent Management Award for the first time. The 2018 Talent Management Award winner was Nelt Group, VIP Mobile and G4S Secure Solutions won the Exceptional Talent Development Possibilities Award and Continuous Internal Programme Development Award, respectively, while Pharmanova received the Top Management's Dedication to Talent Development Award.
