Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners Wins at the 2018 TopLegal Awards

Milan, November 19, 2018 - The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners was a two-time winner at the Milan Top Legal Awards, the annual event that recognizes and celebrates top professionals in the legal sector.
During the ceremony, the firm collected the following awards:
• Cristina Capitanio, Professional of the Year - Industrial Relations Labour: "She assisted ArcelorMittal in the negotiations with trade unions linked to the acquisition of the Ilva steel group, a systemic operation worth about 1.8 billion euros, in which she skillfully dealt with considerable strain concerning the worker’s union as well as political tension."
• Luca Amicarelli, Up & Coming Professional: “A specialist in administrative and environmental at 360°, and through his maturity and professional autonomy, he has managed to acquire new clients as well as become a reference point for the firm’s consolidated clients. He advised on one of the main deals in the field of technical gases: the acquisition by Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation of Praxair's European assets."
The work of all the nominated firms were evaluated by a technical jury - composed of General Counsel and Heads of Corporate and Legal Affairs of leading companies and banks.
