Dinsmore Adds Andrew J. Chamberlain to Cincinnati Office

Dinsmore & Shohl has added Andrew J. Chamberlain as an associate to the firm’s Cincinnati office. Chamberlain will practice out of the business, acquisitions, and securities practice group.
Chamberlain joins Dinsmore from Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL. He brings extensive experience counseling clients in secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndications, asset-backed financings, working capital loans and structured finance transactions. Chamberlain’s experience also extends to real estate acquisition, development and financing.
Having served on numerous boards, Chamberlain dedicates his time as director and secretary to Great Parks Forever, the philanthropic partner of Great Parks of Hamilton County, and is an active director and vice chairman for Campbell County YMCA as well as director for YMCA of Greater Cincinnati.
Prior to practicing law, Andrew worked for Bank of America, N.A. where he assisted with debt finance transactions and facilitated LSTA debt trade transactions.
