The transaction has already been cleared by the relevant antitrust authorities.
Based in the UK and listed on the London Stock Exchange, RPC Group plc is one of Europe’s largest suppliers of plastic packaging, employing some 25,000 people worldwide. The group generated sales of about £3.7 billion in the 2017/2018 fiscal year.
Neluplast Tiefzieh-Technik GmbH is a B2B supplier of thermoformed plastic packaging used primarily in the food sector.
