Buenos Aires, 13 March 2019. Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal advised Grupo Lonza on the transfer of Arch Química Argentina SRL’s quotas to Platinum Equity. The transaction, which closed on February 28, 2019, is part of a global operation in which Grupo Lonza transferred it entire global water treatment business to Platinum Equity.
Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal acted as legal advisor to Grupo Lonza with partner Pablo Artagaveytia, and associates Hugo Jong Uk Woo and Verónica Raffaeli.
