Hanson Bridgett Welcomes Neal Wolf as Litigation Partner
Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to announce that Neal Wolf has joined the firm as partner in its litigation group. He is resident in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Neal’s practice focuses on business litigation, commercial transactions, corporate finance, real estate, debt restructuring and bankruptcy. His substantial experience representing clients across industries includes the successful trial and arbitration of cases involving the Uniform Commercial Code, lender liability, fraudulent conveyance, partnership, securities, business tort, and contract issues. Additionally, as a member of the State Bar of California and Illinois, Neal has worked extensively in both states throughout his career.

Neal earned his juris doctorate from University of Chicago Law School. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, he was a partner at Chicago-based law firm Freeborn & Peters LLP in the firm’s bankruptcy and financial restructuring practice group.
