Hanson Bridgett Names Daniel Garcia as Leadership Council on Legal Diversity ‘Pathfinder’

March 10, 2016 (SAN FRANCISCO, CA) — Hanson Bridgett has chosen Daniel Garcia to be a member of the 2016 class of Pathfinders, participating in a new program designed by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) to train early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including programming on leadership and network development.

“This is a great honor for Daniel,” said Andrew Giacomini, Managing Partner. “It is evidence that he has been identified as a rising star, with the potential to assume a leadership role, not only in our organization, but in the profession.”

According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Pathfinder Program offers participants “intensive in-person training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows in small group gatherings."

“We believe it’s a program that can help catapult a person’s career forward.”

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 240 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession. The LCLD Pathfinder Program was piloted last year among a select number of LCLD Member law firms and corporations. It is an initiative that has filled a gap in LCLD programming, targeting junior associates and the youngest members of corporate law departments. For information, visit www.lcldnet.org.
