Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business 2019, a leading ranking of business attorneys and law firms, bestowed national rankings on three Morris, Manning & Martin groups and six partners. It also recognized several more practices and attorneys with regional rankings.
The three nationally-ranked practice areas and the partners acknowledged for their work include:
International Trade, with attorneys William Barringer, Don Cameron and Julie Mendoza
Leisure and Hospitality, with attorneys Carol Weld King and Christina Hassan
Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and attorney Lauren Prevost

Chambers bestowed rankings on the firm’s Real Estate teams in Georgia and Washington, D.C., and recognized seven partners. Chambers noted that the Real Estate practice operates nationally and internationally, represents “an impressive roster of clients,” and has considerable experience with hospitality transactions, environmental law, taxation and real estate capital markets. Partners honored include Mark Block, Tom Gryboski, Jessica Hill, Carl Westmoreland and Andrew Williams in Georgia, and Betsy Karmin and Carol Weld King in Washington.
