Ashleigh Danker Joins Dinsmore’s Business Restructuring Group in Los Angeles
Ashleigh Danker has joined Dinsmore & Shohl LLP’s business restructuring group as of counsel in the firm’s growing Los Angeles office.
Ms. Danker, who spent the last seven years operating the Danker Law Firm after having practiced for nearly 14 years at the Kaye Scholer firm, brings to Dinsmore a wealth of experience in all aspects of Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy matters, having represented debtors in possession, trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, creditor’s committees and more. She is skilled at negotiating sophisticated restructuring transactions as well as bankruptcy-related litigation, all while keeping in mind the costs and benefits of various strategies for her clients.
Her most notable work includes representation of the Chapter 11 trustee of Death Row Records in its Chapter 11 case, the Los Angeles World Airports (LAX) in the bankruptcy cases of Delta Air Lines, Northwest Airlines, and American Airlines, and the official committee of energy producers in the bankruptcy cases of the California Power Exchange and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
