Board of Directors

World Services Group is governed by a Board of Directors representative of the membership as a whole. Briefly stated, the Board's role is to ensure that WSG establishes and maintains the trust of its members, is prudent and ethical in its activities, and is accountable for its actions. The Board meetings focus on planning, policy-making, and assessing the progress of our mission. WSG is governed by Bylaws which provide the framework needed for WSG operations and governance.
