In this webinar, Spilman Members Niall Paul and Joseph Schaeffer discussed the developing risks and civil liabilities associated with Covid -19 and operating businesses including wrongful death or personal injury claims relating to Covid -19 and how to mitigate such risks. The panel also addressed government commandeering or seizing of property such as PPE and shutdown orders, their impact on particular businesses, and the narrow opportunities for possible recoveries from various governments.
