With the arrival of a new administration, we can expect significant changes in personnel and policy at the Food and Drug Administration. This webinar will explore the potential changes in policies and priorities in general terms, as well as on the subjects of food safety, nutrition, the potential definition of the word "healthy," which would affect the outcomes of hundreds of lawsuits around the country and potential changes in the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. In addition, we will explore the relationship between the various food safety initiatives underway at FDA and USDA.
