Originally formed as Floissac & Giraudy in 1960, Floissac, Fleming and Associates is built on almost 60 years of legal experience. Forged from the partnership between The Right Honourable Sir Vincent Floissac P.C. C.M.G. Q.C LL.M (Lond.), former Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and Privy Councillor, and Henry Giraudy Q.C., who is still unanimously recognized as one of Saint Lucia's greatest advocates. The firm transitioned in 1986 when Sir Vincent's daughter, Brenda Floissac-Fleming, joined the firm. Today, the practice is under the stewardship of Brenda and her partner, Geoffrey Du Boulay, whose collective vision is to build on the strong foundation set by Sir Vincent and Henry.

The law firm currently stands at an impressive two Partner and five Associate composition with one Consultant, supported by skilled and experienced Administrative Staff and a Practice Manager who is not only the operational backbone of the firm but also currently spearheads the implementation of the Quality Management System. Whereas the firm is a full service civil practice, it is particularly known for its specialization in Commercial Law, and boasts the ability to serve clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
