Profile
Dhruv is a Senior Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice group and has been in active litigation practice for the past 35 years. He has been with the Firm for over 24 years.
Dhruv is an eminent litigation lawyer and his main area of practice has been high stake corporate commercial litigation. He has represented some of the large multinational corporations in litigations against their joint venture partners before the Company Law Board, the Delhi High Court, the Allahabad High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
Dhruv has been successful in litigation relating to recovery of money/winding up petitions filed on behalf of multinational corporations before the various Indian courts including the Company Judge Delhi High Court.
Dhruv has also acted for several MNCs in international commercial arbitrations and has represented them before the ICC in which the seat of arbitration was London and before the Singapore Arbitration Center. He continues to represent many of the Firm's clients in arbitration (both domestic and international) and related proceedings before the courts for appointment of arbitrator and interim measures.
Dhruv represents some of the world's most prominent brands in the retail Banking, Automobile, Online travel sector before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and other Consumer Commissions throughout India.
