Feroza Kartick is a certified Paralegal and also holds a certificate in Intellectual Property. A native of Guyana, she joined O’Neal Webster in 1992 and has gained extensive expertise working within our Intellectual Property Department since 2000.

Feroza handles registration of patents for international clients. She also assists trademark clients with the protection, maintenance and enforcement of their brands in the British Virgin Islands. She assists many international trademark owners in recording multiple transactions involving mergers and assignments of their entire portfolio of trademarks in the BVI.

Feroza manages a large portfolio of intellectual property clients worldwide, including reputable law firms and famous brand owners.
