Profile
Partner of Carey and co-head of the firm's Labor and Corporate Immigration Group. She also leads Carey Visas. She advises national and multinational companies on their day-to-day operations, on matters such as hiring and termination of employees (both individual and collective), development and implementation of human resources policies, manuals and procedures, compensation and benefit plans for executives and workers, subcontracting and outsourcing, consulting contracts, non-competition agreements, labor audits, internal investigations, global mobility programs and treatment of expatriates, processing of work permits and visas, and social security. She also specializes in transactional labor matters related to restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and labor due diligence processes.
