Magnus Nedstrand has been responsible for almost 1000 matters within the areas of insolvency legislation, restructuring and liquidation. In his capacity as expert, he has been responsible over the past 20 years for the largest matters in the region. He is chairman of REKON in Ostergotland and Sodermanland and a member of the association on a national level (with approx. 400 members) and he is an expert witness to Swedish courts and ministries. Magnus also arranges training programmes together with Professor Torgny Hastad. He additionally advises in matters relating to labour law.
