Olga advises both Russian and international companies on a wide range of labour and employment matters. Her wide experience includes: motivation systems including employee share option plans (real shares and phantom shares), advice to international companies on implications of the Russian securities regulations and labour law to employee share plans related to shares in foreign (non-Russian) companies, advice on employment and dismissal issues, development of internal employment-related policies, adaptation of internal employment-related policies of international companies to the requirements of the Russian law, advice on employee benefits (Russian part) within the framework of the international M&A transaction.
