Roberto Rudzit has general corporate and financing experience and specific experience in M&A, infrastructure and project finance transactions. He has represented several Brazilian and non Brazilian clients in a variety of major M&A transactions. Roberto also assisted independent power producers and concessionaires in energy-related projects around Brazil, including the negotiation of EPC contracts, import finance and project finance of different power plants and regulatory matters.

He has also work with toll road concessionaires in different types of transactions and negotiations, including with the Granting Power.

Roberto assists a number of financial institutions in Brazil, as well as multilateral agencies with interests in Brazil
