Alex is a Senior Associate in the Leeds Employment team.

Alex advises clients on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Alex regularly supports clients with litigation in both the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Alex performs his own advocacy at hearings and is experienced in dealing with a wide range of claims including unfair dismissal, whistleblowing discrimination and breach of contract.  

Alex advises clients on day-to-day employment-related issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters and capability issues. Alex is also experienced in advising on settlement agreements and employee exits, redundancies and TUPE.

Alex has a people focused approach and provides pragmatic advice which is tailored to his client’s commercial objectives.
