Alice is an Associate in our corporate department advising on all aspects of corporate law, including venture and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, investments and general corporate advisory mandates.

Alice works with a variety of clients including private companies, venture capital investors, management teams and owner managed businesses. 

Alice completed her degree in Law at the University of Leeds and LPC at Nottingham Law School. Alice completed her training contract at Shoosmiths and qualified as a solicitor in September 2022.
