Amber Lai assists with the full range of immigration matters. Her experience includes drafting and filing the following immigration applications and petitions:

• Non-immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, and J-1
• Immigrant visas (I-140), including complex EB-1 Multinational Manager/Executive, Extraordinary Ability, and Outstanding Researcher and EB-2 National Interest Waiver categories
• Green card (I-485) and post green card approval applications, including N-400/N-600, I-90, and I-407
• Labor Certification (PERM) applications, including Prevailing Wage Determinations, recruitment reports, and ETA-9089 filings.

She also prepares and monitors legal correspondence to government agencies regarding client cases, including with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Labor (DOL), and Department of State (DOS). She is heavily involved with project management and database administration to increase capabilities, transparency and productivity for her team and the firm’s clients.
