Ami is a corporate lawyer with over 10 years' experience of corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, private equity and angel investments, pre-pack acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures. EOTs, share buy-backs and general corporate governance matters.
Ami has experience of working with owner managed businesses, investors, buy & build businesses and management teams in various sectors such as IT, real estate, logistics & packaging, consultancy and childcare.
Ami's recent experience includes:
- advising Downing on their cornerstone investment and acquisition of Katey's House
- advising NVM and the other shareholders of Pareto Facilities Management on the sale of their shares to Pictet Advisors
- advising LDC on their MBO and investment into Message Direct
- advising the shareholders of Kapow Primary (a digital educational content company) on the sale of their shares and reinvestment
- advising Porterbrook on their joint venture with and investment into Brodie Engineering
- advising the shareholders of GovGrant on the sale of their shares to Source Advisors
- advising Foresight on their acquisition of shares in LionFish Litigation Finance
- advising TPA Capital on their investment into Clifton Trade Bathrooms
- advising Reliance on their joint venture with Superdry in south Asia
