Profile

I enjoy advising on day to day employment matters including preparing and advising clients about employment contracts and policies, advising on termination of employment issues and representation in related proceedings and managing injured workers. I specialise in providing advice in the primary and secondary school sector, and regularly assist schools with managing governance issues, student and enrolment matters, parent complaints and general employment issues. I am also particularly experienced in workplace investigations and advising in respect of bullying allegations and general grievances made by employees regarding managers, including senior management.

My clients are in a range of industries including education, insurance and financial services, government, manufacturing, retail and mining and resources. I have a particular interest in the education sector and have strong relationships with a range of independent schools across NSW.

I enjoy advising my clients about how to proactively manage risk and am regularly asked to deliver workplace training across Australia on appropriate workplace behaviour, management skills and safety.
