Andre Mardini specializes in labour and employment law with emphasis on litigation.

He counsels companies in developing and implementing process strategies, as well as in the defense and oral litigation in labour processes and/or administrative labour procedures.

Andre took part in the wining team of the II Litigation in Labor Competition organized by the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2017). Also, he has been assistant professor in several courses at the same university, including Special Labour and Employment Law (2015-2017)
