Profile

Andrew Neiman is an Attorney in the Firm’s Denver office and a member of the Litigation and Trade Secrets & Employee Mobility practice groups. Mr. Neiman specializes in commercial and business litigation and advises companies on a range of matters, including contract-based issues, complex litigation, corporate governance, insurance coverage, and business-related torts. Mr. Neiman has experience representing clients in the financial industry, including FINRA matters. Mr. Neiman also represents employers in labor and employment-related disputes with claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, and employee leave.

Mr. Neiman also has experience serving as outside general counsel for closely held businesses, providing general business advice, and advice on employment matters. He helps companies advance their business interests and avoid future problems by drafting contracts and internal policies.
