Profile
Andrew focuses on client matters concerning ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, as well as IRS and Department of Labor regulations. In addition, Andrew advises clients on matters related to health care plans, retirement plans, tax compliance, and tax planning.
Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Andrew advised clients across a broad range of industries on tax matters related to U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and divestitures, as well as post-transaction structuring and integration. Andrew also has experience conducting due diligence in areas such as state and local tax, international tax, employment tax as well as executive compensation and employee benefits.
