Profile
Anna focuses her practice on helping individual and corporate clients resolve a variety of complex business and commercial disputes.
Her experience includes managing and conducting discovery, taking depositions, and drafting substantive pleadings and pretrial motions. Anna also served as second chair in a five-day securities litigation trial, involving claims of securities fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of contract. Anna is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, First Circuit US Court of Appeals, as well as Connecticut and Massachusetts state courts.
