Profile
Arnaaz Camay is an Executive at ENS in the Tax practice. She is a qualified chartered accountant and specialises in advising a diverse range of clients on corporate and international tax matters across a wide range of industries.
Her experience has a specific focus on structuring general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, and refinancing structures. Arnaaz also advises on the tax structures of financing and other banking related transactions including Islamic financing transactions. Her experience further encompasses providing tax and exchange control advice to international entities on their cross-border transactions.
Arnaaz is an expert in advising corporates and B-BBEE shareholders on the tax-efficient structuring, re-structuring, financing and refinancing of broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) investment and ownership transactions, including loans, equity, preference share funding and notional vendor financing arrangements.
