Alioune Mboup, partner, is a specialist in labor law, project financing, acquisition operations and corporate restructuring.

Alioune Mboup is certified in public procurement by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) of Senegal and by the International Training Center for Francophone Lawyers in Africa.

A former resident of the Prytanée Militaire of Saint-Louis in Senegal and Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis in Senegal, Alioune MBOUP began his professional career as a trainee lawyer at Mame Adama Gueye & Associés in 2008.

He holds a Master's degree in Business Law and a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Economic and Business Law from the Gaston Berger University of Saint-Louis in Senegal.

From 2013 to 2017, he acted as legal manager at Philip Morris West Africa Sarl and Philip Morris Manufacturing Senegal Sarl as part of an agreement between these Senegalese subsidiaries of the Philip Morris International (PMI) group and Mame Adama GUEYE & Associates.

He is now mainly in charge of project financing files, acquisition operations and company restructurings and also advises on employment law.
