Immigration petition drafting specialist

Ali Gemkow is skilled in drafting complex immigration petitions and applications, including:

• Nonimmigrant visas (such as H-1B, L-1, TN, B-1, E-3, J-1)
• Immigrant visas (I-140)
• Green card applications (I-485) for filing with the immigration service
• Labor Certification (PERM) applications, including introductory case analysis, ETA-9089 filings and audit responses

Ali has experience conducting routine immigration status checks to ensure the foreign national’s immigration status remains valid in the United States.
