Ms. Scott represents employers and management in a variety of employment matters, which involve allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Ms. Scott also creates employee manuals and develops written policies and procedures to assist employers in complying with state and federal employment laws.
