Andres Mejia joined Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque in 2012. His professional career began in 2010 as a Legal Assistant in the Trial Court for Civil, Commercial and Transit Matters, where he drafted complex judgments in contentious civil, commercial, transit and private law proceedings. This experience allowed him to learn about the Venezuelan court system from the inside. Andres later became an important member of the Labor Law area of practice of Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque, where he was a Legal Assistant in the department until 2013. He then went on to study English in Canada and joined the Firm once again in 2015. At such a young age, Andres has become a great lawyer with extensive knowledge in private and labor law, as well as civil and labor proceedings.
