Ángel Olmedo Jiménez is a partner in the Labor and Employment Law Department and belongs to Sports & Entertainment Industry.

An expert in litigation, he has long experience acting as lawyer in court proceedings before the National Audience, and the Judges and Higher Courts, and strategic advising in labour matters and HHRR to the top-executives and RRHH Directors.

Among other areas, he is an expert in managing and advising on the labor-law related aspects of domestic and international corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, etc.) and on all of the processes deriving from such transactions: reorganizations and restructuring, business successions, harmonizing collective labor agreements, senior management contracts, etc.

He lectures on the Master’s Programs at Centro de Estudios Garrigues and is a labor law lecturer on various specialist master’s degrees (Alfredo Di Stéfano Master’s Degree in the Management of Sports Entities, UEM-Real Madrid and IEB Access to Lawyer Practice Master).

He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
