Profile
Bianca Nolan is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Mine and Occupational Health and Safety practice.
She has acted for clients in a variety of industries including mining, construction/manufacturing and engineering, as well as for a variety of corporate companies and corporations.
Bianca’s experience includes the completion of multiple due diligence investigations, as well as assisting in the completion of health and safety compliance audits for both listed and unlisted companies in terms of both the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 ("OHASA") and the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 ("MHSA").
In addition, Bianca has advised clients and furnished legal opinions on legislative requirements in terms of the MHSA, OHASA, the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 ("COIDA") and the National Building Regulations and Standards Act, 1977 ("NBR"). She has also assisted with the review of health and safety agreements, mandatary agreements and appointment letters.
Her experience further extends to formal accident inquiry proceedings and formal and informal investigations conducted in terms of the MHSA.
