Profile
Brad Serebro is an Executive at ENS in the Corporate Commercial practice.
He specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity transactions, and complex cross-border / multi-jurisdictional transactions.
Brad’s clients include top 100 publicly traded groups on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, as well as local and offshore listed and unlisted companies. Brad also has significant industry specific experience in the defence and aerospace sector as well as the tourism and hospitality sector, acting for major multi-national groups in both sectors.
Brad’s M&A and private equity experience spans acquisitions and disposals of portfolio companies, and other exit strategies, leading due diligence investigations in anticipation of acquisitions, portfolio and investment structuring, advising on local and offshore regulatory environments, management and leveraged buy-outs, and often involves advising management in the course of such transactions.
Brad is a trustee of The President’s Award for Youth Empowerment Trust which offers the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award in South Africa.
