Profile
Bruce is an Associate based in our London office and advises on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a particular interest in private equity.
Bruce's recent experience includes advising:
- Five Arrows and TA Associates on their investment into Agilio Software, a leading UK frontline healthcare operations software provider
- Five Arrows on its acquisition of Rimes, a leading provider of EDMaaS (enterprise data management as-a-service) and investment platform solutions to the global investment community, from EQT and its co-shareholders
- Hipgnosis Songs Fund on the $1.57 billion all cash take private offer received from Blackstone
Bruce joined Shoosmiths in 2023, after completing his training contract at a West End firm. Bruce holds an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews and an MSt in History from the University of Oxford.
