Carlos Alberto Henriquez joined Hoet PelÃƒÂ¡ez Castillo & Duque in 2005, where he is currently the litigation coordinator in the Labor Law practice area. Carlos specializes in labor law with his extensive expertise in collective and individual negotiations, work environment and labor relations, union and non-union labor matters, administrative structures and organizational development, compensations, among others. He brings sixteen years of experience as an independent lawyer and sixteen years of corporate expertise in the oil industry to the Firm. His professional experience as a corporate lawyer and litigant has allowed him to represent both legal and natural persons before judicial and administrative authorities, and public and private entities, always succeeding in his cases. He has also managed a variety of cases involving labor, commercial and tax trials. Furthermore, Carlos has provided assistance on labor, commercial and tax law implications in the commercial activity, as well as human resources matters such as: labor relations and compensations, labor litigation and collective labor matters (union trade affairs and collective negotiations) and labor audits.
