Caroline is an Associate specialising in immigration law within the employment team at our Manchester office. Caroline has 7 years’ experience in immigration law, during which time she has assisted clients with a wide range of personal and corporate immigration matters.

Caroline has significant experience with corporate immigration matters including sponsor licensing and ongoing compliance, applications for permission to enter and stay in the UK for sponsored migrants, advising businesses regarding options for EU national employees post-Brexit, and assisting businesses with the required processes to prevent illegal working and protect themselves from civil penalties.  

Caroline also has a wealth of experience in advising clients on personal immigration matters such as Family Settlement applications, Visit visas for both personal and business reasons, applications under the Global talent route, EU Settlement Scheme applications, Student/Graduate applications and various British citizenship matters.

Caroline is also a member of the Immigration Legal Practitioners’ Association (ILPA).
