Céline Squaratti is a senior associate in our Geneva office. Her expertise includes immigration and labour law. She represents our clients before the courts, in particular in employment disputes. Céline Squaratti also advises our clients on social security and insurance matters.

Céline Squaratti studied at the University of Fribourg (BLaw in 2011, MLaw in 2013). As part of her master's degree, she studied at the University of Amsterdam. After her studies, Céline Squaratti worked at the Swiss Embassy in Paris, then at the Swiss delegation to UNESCO and the International Organisation of the Francophonie. Before joining Walder Wyss in September 2020, Céline Squaratti practised in the employment and immigration department of the Geneva office of a leading Swiss law firm. She is currently following a CAS in migration law in continuing training at the Institute of European Law of the University of Fribourg.

Céline Squaratti speaks French, English and German and has good knowledge of Italian. She is registered with the Geneva Bar Registry and is admitted to practice in Switzerland. She is a member of the Human Rights Commission of the Geneva lawyers' association and of the International association of lawyers (UIA).
