Chris Ntuta is an Executive at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice. Chris has extensive experience in the drafting and negotiation of various types of commercial contracts as well as structuring, implementing and regulating transactions across a wide variety of sectors.

His experience includes conducting legal due diligence investigations in anticipation of acquisitions and advising, structuring and implementing some of the major Black Economic Empowerment transactions in South Africa in accordance with the B-BBEE legislation including the drafting of prospectuses and related transaction documents.
