Profile
Cristina Capitanio handles both contentious and non-contentious matters and is mainly focused on assisting international clients in all aspects of labour and employment law, with particular expertise on drafting contracts, management agreements, restructuring and collective dismissals, incentive plans, transfer of undertakings and disciplinary actions.
Cristina graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” in 1997 from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome and gained her LLM from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadephia, PA, United States, in 2002.
She was admitted to practice law in 2000 and has been a member of the Rome Bar Association ever since.
She speaks Italian and English.
