Dalene Moodley is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice.

Dalene has experience in general commercial litigation, including advising clients on matters relating to a variety of contractual, property and administrative law issues. She has acted for corporate clients in the pharmaceuticals, FMCG, property management, oil and gas, security and telecommunications industries, amongst others, and for clients in the public sector. 

Dalene also has experience in Employment law. She has been involved in litigation and advising on a variety individual and collective labour law issues, including large-scale retrenchment, regulatory and legal compliance, disciplinary proceedings and industrial action.
