Ernesto Cardenas specializes in labor contracting, migrations and social security matters.
He counsels companies on hiring national and foreign personnel, social security issues, labor costs reduction, compensations planning, termination of work, as well as on inspection and audit processes, on administrative and judicial procedures related to his specialty.
He is a professor at the Post-graduate School of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Universidad ESAN and assistant professor of the Labor law course at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (2003-2004).
